All of our Investment Property Packages Include comprehensive buildings and contents insurance for the first year. The cost of these policies is clearly shown on the individual property report and is usually circa £275. We are agents for both Deacon and Leaseguard and obtain quotes from both to ensure that we are getting the best deal for our clients.
