Mark has 22 years experience of buying, refurbishing, letting, selling and managing residential property in the North of England both on a professional and private basis.

After having been employed as an Area Manager for both corporate and independent Estate Agency chains Mark started MRA Consulting in 1993 when the Alliance & Leicester Plc gave him the position of Property Marketing Consultant North Region. The role involved advising on the market in general and assisting in the disposal of repossession and relocation properties throughout the whole of the North of England. This entailed valuing the property, outlining and managing a refurbishment programme, recommending the best local agent and then monitoring the sale through to completion.

Mark realized that there was an opportunity to provide a similar service to other financial institutions and asset managers. Since 1993 clients have included:- Barclays, NatWest, Woolwich, HSBC, Northern Rock, Pascoe Facilities Management, The Property Appraisal Company and Homecheck amongst others.

In 1997 Mark began to assist private individuals to invest in residential property in the North of England and MRA Property Investments was created. The business converted to limited company status in 2002 and since then has successfully assisted over 200 individuals and investments funds to purchase over 700 properties.

Mark is 42 years old, married with 2 young children and lives in Tyne & Wear.
