We offer a complete, fully packaged and highly professional solution for the prospective property investor. We have made extensive contacts over the years with Estate Agencies, Lenders and Asset Management companies and are continually seeking out suitable property for acquisition at the lowest acceptable price.

The property is refurbished if necessary, prepared for letting and in some cases furnished. We then find a tenant and provide a full management service with the investor receiving their rent monthly in arrears. The letting and management is carried out internally by MRA PROPERTY, you do not have to do anything other than sign a few forms. 

Therefore the investor receives all of the benefits of investing in property without having to do any of the associated work.

Our service is bespoke and your portfolio can be tailored to you own particular requirements with either low cost high yield properties or higher value properties with both yield and higher potential for long term capital growth or indeed a mixture of both.
